Shipping policy
1. Overview
Murasaki currently ships to all cities and towns across Pakistan only. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping rate applies to all orders, regardless of order size or delivery location within Pakistan. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframes

- Processing time refers to the time taken to verify, pack, and hand over your order to our courier partner
- Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Delivery Areas
We ship to all major and minor cities across Pakistan, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and Hyderabad.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time beyond the standard estimate. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
6. Delays and Exceptions
Murasaki is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier operational issues or backlogs
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or force majeure events
- Public holidays or nationwide disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to communicate updates and assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an error is noticed after the order is placed, contact us immediately at raamis@murasaki.pk or +923260454037. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is handed to the courier.
Murasaki is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building security
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us and we will raise a formal inquiry on your behalf
We will work with you to resolve the situation, but please note that Murasaki's liability ends upon confirmed handover to the courier.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and item(s) before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at raamis@murasaki.pk with the photos and your order number
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
