Refund policy

1. Overview

At Murasaki, we take pride in the quality of every piece we produce. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help — subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, no exceptions.


3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging are intact and attached
  • Item is free from stains, odors, or signs of use
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • Return is initiated within the 7-day window

Items that do not qualify for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without prior approval

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at raamis@murasaki.pk within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service

Note: Do not ship items back without first receiving confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, Murasaki will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue, the customer bears the return shipping cost

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
  • All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same initiation process in Section 4 and specify your preferred replacement.


8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize resolution and cover all associated costs.
